Booking requests and quotes
A website request reserves a preferred slot only. It is not confirmed until Avon Performance has checked suitability, availability and the final work with you. Diagnostic, electrical and mechanical prices are agreed before further work starts.
Fixed-price packages
Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3 and Eco Map packages show a starting or fixed package price for suitable vehicles. We still check vehicle condition, specification and any supporting hardware before confirming that route.
Mobile call-outs
Mobile work is for suitable jobs. The call-out guide is £25 within 15 miles of Bath, then £1 per mile beyond 15 miles, plus the agreed work. We confirm access, parking, route, suitability and final travel cost before setting off.
Mechanical and electrical work
Faults can require diagnosis before the full scope is known. We explain findings and obtain agreement before repair work, parts or extra labour are carried out.
Remap suitability and safety
Performance results vary between vehicles. We only recommend work where the vehicle appears suitable, but owners remain responsible for accurate vehicle information and ensuring the vehicle is safe, legal, insured and maintained. We may decline or pause work where we identify a safety, reliability or compliance concern.
Changes, cancellation and parts
If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as possible with your AP reference. If travel has started, a diagnostic visit has been carried out, or parts have been specially ordered, we explain any unavoidable cost before charging it.
